May I book a reservation direct with the property?

What is the maximum number of persons the property will accommodate?
The house has 3 bedrooms, each with a king sized bed, and two bathrooms. So maximum (6) guests will provide a very comfortable stay. There are no pull out sofas or air mattresses on site.
Is the property appropriate for kids?
With the style, design, amenities and decor at this property, it is ideally suited for groups seeking a kid-free weekend away wtih couples, and maybe one or two "big kids" ages 13 and up. The property is also not child safety-proofed, and there are no cribs, pack and plays, or high chairs on site.
What are your rates and minium stay.
Know that by booking direct with our property you get the very best rates, as you forego the booking fees charges by third party websites such as AirBnB who will add up to 15% to your reservation cost.
Our rates:
- High Season, Holidays, and Special Event Dates $800-$1,200/night and 4-night minimum stay.
- Mid Season $400-$750/night & 3 night minimum stay.
- Winter Season $300=$400/night & 2 night minimum stay.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you must cancel, you will receive a full refund up to 30 days before check-in, and then up to 14 days prior to check-in 50% refund. After 14 days prior to check-in and for early departures, the reservation is non-refundable. If you are concerned about the possibility of needing to cancel for ANY reason, including for a storm, we highly suggest that you invest in travel insurance.
