A Place of Nostalgia
In 1936 Mr. J.B. Lahan launched a development of a beach community that would be known as Laguna Beach, FL. Mr. Benjamin Adams from Monroe, AL purchased one of those lots, and in short order he'd bring a big load of poplar lumber he harvested from his farm to start building. Subsequently, four generations of Mr. Adams' family would enjoy

Mr. Benjamin Adams from Monroe, AL purchased one of those lots, and in short order he'd bring a big load of poplar lumber he harvested from his farm to start building. Subsequently, four generations of Mr. Adams' family would enjoy this house for 75 years, until it finally underwent a complete down to the studs renovation from 2021-2022. All while maintaining the charm of the original interior tongue and groove shiplap walls.
